- The Office of the Registrar is responsible for ensuring the number of graduates at each commencement ceremony results in ceremonies of reasonably equal duration. Consequently, the determination of which colleges participate in which ceremony is announced shortly after the deadline to apply for graduation without a late fee. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for this deadline.

Note: All students planning to participate in a commencement ceremony must do so in the ceremony designated for their college in the term in which they have an active graduation application.
