Transcript Order and Processing Schedule Notice
-Current Students Only-
Between Wednesday, May 8th through Tuesday, May 14th, the Office of the Registrar will be processing spring 2024 graduation and end of term grades. If a currently enrolled student requests transcripts without a future processing option, it will be sent with incomplete spring 2024 academic history.- Spring Degree Candidates will need to request either the After Degree Is Awarded or After Grades Are Posted processing option to ensure the transcript will be sent either after degrees have been posted or after all final spring 2024 grades have been processed.
- All other currently enrolled students will need to request the After Grades Are Posted processing option prior to May 8, 2024, to ensure the transcript will be sent after all final spring 2024 grades have been processed.
- The After Grades are Posted processing option will not be available for currently enrolled students to request beginning on May 8, 2024. Students who were unable to order an official transcript with this option will need to wait until Tuesday, May 14th to submit a transcript order with the “Current Transcript - Process As Is” option to ensure spring 2024 final grades are included on their official transcript.
Order Official Texas A&M University Transcripts
Current and former students may order their official academic transcript online through the National Student Clearinghouse’s Myhub website.Current Students
There are two ways for current students to request an official transcript or enrollment verification.
- Login to Howdy Portal (https://howdy.tamu.edu/). Locate the Grades and Transcripts Channel and select Order Official Transcript. In Myhub, click on Self Service and then click on the Order Transcript button.
- If having trouble accessing Howdy, please contact the Help Desk Central at https://it.tamu.edu/help/.
- Log directly into Myhub.org with your TAMU Single SignOn username and password
Former Students
There are two ways for former students to request an official transcript.
- Log directly into Myhub.org using one of the social login options for LinkedIn or Google accounts. In Myhub, click on Self Service and then click on the Order Transcript button.
- If you are unable to login, please contact the National Student Clearinghouse for assistance with MyHub
- Order official transcripts using the Transcript Order form.
- The order form can be submitted to our office via FAX, by mail, or in person.
- We cannot accept this form via email due to credit card security measures
- We cannot accept credit card info by phone or email.

Be sure to take the following into consideration
- Track the status of orders, find answers to FAQ’s, and contact ordering support at National Student Clearinghouse My Student Center page.
- Students with active transcript holds will NOT be allowed to submit an order for an official transcript until the hold has been resolved.
- Consult with the transcript recipient to verify they will accept your transcript via the intended delivery method. Transcript recipients may not accept transcripts via the delivery methods available for ordering. It is the student’s responsibility to request transcript delivery for the recipient in a manner acceptable to them.

Students with outstanding financial obligations to the University may be PREVENTED from receiving an official transcript. Current students may check for transcript holds on Howdy on their My Record tab. Former students may check for transcript holds on Howdy on the Former Student Tab. It is the student's responsibility to clear transcript holds. Please visit our 'Checking for Holds' page for more general information related to holds.
