Dependent Children of Texas A&M Employee Scholarship
The Texas A&M University Dependent Children of Faculty/Staff and Support Staff Scholarship Programs are designed to provide scholarships to dependent children of Texas A&M University (TAMU) Faculty, Staff and Support Staff. Funding for these programs is available from a Quasi-Endowment.
These programs are designed to recognize the contributions of TAMU employees in the workplace and in the community by rewarding their children on the basis of need and academic achievement. Fifty percent of scholarships offered will be evaluated on academic merit. The remaining fifty percent will be offered on a combination of need and merit. The scholarships range from $500 to $2,000 per year and vary in length from one to four years depending on the student's undergraduate classification. All scholarships must be used at TAMU in College Station.
