Degree candidates will receive their diploma after the ceremony via mail as long as they have submitted their graduation application, have met all degree requirements, and have cleared any financial obligations owed to the university. These students who pass the initial clearance can expect their diploma to ship two to three weeks after graduation. Students who clear after the initial clearance and before the final clearance deadline can expect their diploma to ship based on the scheduled posted to the
Diploma Information page. An email with tracking information will be sent to the graduate’s Texas A&M email account once the diploma ships.
