Texas A&M Scholarships (College Station only)
To apply, submit the University Scholarship Application, available annually from October 15 to February 1. Please note that scholarship awarding is subject to funding availability. Students must apply each academic year to be considered for these scholarships.

A dependent child or spouse of a service member, federal employee, or Department of Defense contractor who became deceased or permanently disabled as the result of a conflict ( Killed in Action, hostile/terrorist act, friendly fired, or non-combat related injuries) during the Global War on Terrorism.
Preference is given to a dependent child or spouse of an Aggie who served in a conflict, lost their life, or was 100% totally and permanently disabled in a conflict.

Endowed scholarship from the Navy League Foundation. Navy League Councils across the United States provide additional scholarships to students and Sea Cadets in their cities and regions.

Be a U.S. citizen or eligible U.S. permanent resident.

The National Ranger Memorial Foundation, Inc. serves U.S. Army Rangers of all eras through recognition in a granite monument, display of Hall of Fame members, scholarships to deserving individuals, and assisting Ranger Families.
Awarded to recipients of a Purple Heart who are also a member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart, or their spouse, child, step-child, adopted child, or grandchild. Spouses, widows and direct lineal descendants of Purple Heart recipients listed as killed-in-action or died of wounds may also be eligible.
Awarded to children/grandchildren of individuals who are serving or ever served as a Naval Aviator, Naval Flight Officer, or Naval Aircrewman (U.S. Navy/U.S. Marine Corps/ U.S. Coast Guard) and individuals who have ever served on board a U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier in ship’s company or the Air Wing.

Awarded to active duty service members, veterans, surviving spouses or children of fallen service members as well as active duty and veteran dependents.
Spouses pursuing an undergraduate degree or professional certification may receive assistance for up to four academic years of full-time study or eight academic years of part-time study. Spouses may apply year-round (no deadlines) and must re-apply every year. Award amounts vary each year depending on the number of applicants, total approved scholarship budget, the applicant’s Expected Family Contribution (per FAFSA), and the average cost of attendance to attend a college or university in the United States.
Awarded to daughters, sons, grandsons, granddaughters, great-granddaughters, great-grandsons of veterans who served in the Armed Forces during eligibility dates for membership in The American Legion.

The Society of the Daughters of the United States Army (DUSA) annual scholarship awards are the national project of the Society of Daughters of the United States Army. The Society makes one year, renewable awards, in the amount of $1,500. The number of scholarships awarded each year may vary based upon the number of eligible applicants and the amount of scholarship funds available.
To provide college scholarships to dependent children and spouses of all US Navy – officer and enlisted – active duty, retired or deceased who served within Naval Air Forces. Recipients are selected on the basis of scholastic merit and community service.
